Fraudelent Upgrade

I have a contract phone with Vodacom which expires end of this month. Last month Vodacom debited R499 off my account instead of R185 and when I enquired they said someone has done an upgrade on my line. I submitted the affidavit and ID copy on the 3rd this month for the to run an investigation. I have not received my money back and no update of progress. I called customer care last Monday they said I will receive a call within 24 hours but I am still waiting. I emailed customer care again on Saturday they said they are waiting for their Forensic Department to give feedback, they have forwarded my email to them. To this day I am still waiting and I am tired!
