I just moved into waterfall estate and unfortunately we need to use smart village as our prefered provider. I have been trying to set up internet access for over a month, but they aboslutely do not respond at all. they ignore calls, do not respond to messages. i find it a shame that such a 3rd rate company gets access to 1st world estates like waterfall. their managing director should be ashamed. he is nothing mor than a common.
