I received a notification from Transunion about a possible impersonation of my identity. Through scrutinizing my entire credit report I picked up an account with Vocaom SP; interestinglly there was no indication that a credit check was done on my profile by Vodacom... infact no form of authentication was done wrt proof of residence, employment, marital status, etc. I received urgent assistance from Customer Care until my case was forwarded for investigation by your forensics department. I was given the following as reference number S3-T4Q19-93H1P and promised I would be contacted with feedback within 24-48 hours. I am still waiting...
I would appreciate assistance asap
