I have logged a query on my account via customer services for investigation when I found out that it is upgraded and somebody collected cellphone using my 'fake' ID. They requested documentation to support my query which I submitted, they acknowledged that they received them and they will keep me informed on the progress of investigation. I have called the customer services department and every time I get new reference no with a promise to be called back... 3 months later now, I am still waiting.
I think this department is under-performing since I saw a lot of complains, Vodacom must do something about it...
Vodacom must tell me for how long must I wait, this contract will also expire before I get feedback from them... POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!
