My contract was recently up for an upgrade and i upgraded to the Blackberry 9600. Just after receiving the phone the problems started - i went to the Vodacom outlet, they referred me to the Customer Care Center where new software was loaded, not even home (20 km away) the problems continued. I had to wait a week before returning it - was sent away so 2 weeks without my phone. Note that i had to pay an increased subs to qualify for this phone! The phone was replaced with what i was told a new handset but the problems continue! When my husband took it in again we find that this is a refurbished phone!!! So i am paying an increased monthly sub for someone els's F@#& phone that had been repaired and it is then smeared off on me as new? This phone has given me nothing but problems and if it was replaced with a new phone that worked i would not have a problem but this is daylight! Every time my phone goes in i have to pay for a new protective cover and drive 20 km to get service! I want this contract cancelled - a full refund on the increased subscription as i have not had a working phone and the option of choosing a different phone!!
