I ported to cell c on 03 January 2013 and my cell phone does not receive calls since porting. I reorted it to the store concerned Rosebank on 4 occasions only to be told it would be corrected the folloing day. I sent an e mail to cell C and havenot received a repsonse. I called and logged a query with refernce 1749147 and was promised feedback in 24 hours more than 5 dyas have lapsed and no feedback Instead I get passed from one consultant to another Dumisani, Kim Freddie Zondi, Lerato and Kim had the audacity to tell me that they have 200 consultants I would never speak with the same person. Each time I got transferred I had to explain the situationa again and still no resolution. However Cell C has debited me for the use and I have paid the R85 initial charge for activation. Cell C as usual you live up to your reputation of being the worst provider and only enticing people with your packages I would rather pay more for a service I actually receive from another provide
