Cell C has the worst service in South Africa and I would strongly urge anyone considering joining Cell C to reconsider. I have two contracts with Cell C and they have the worst network coverage, and also the most useless and unresponsive customer service I have ever seen. I have been complaining about poor network reception for over two months now and to date, I still have not received any assistance. I have written many emails, and have made repeated calls to the Cell C call centre, but my complaint has yet to be address satisfactorily. On each occasion when I called the call centre, I was informed that my complaint was receiving attention, and I should receive feedback from the network within a couple of days. Needless to say, no feedback was forthcoming. Furthermore, the feedback that I did receive was inadequate and it did not address my compliant. On occasions, I have had to force the call centre agent to provide me with feedback.
Yesterday I was basically informed that there is nothing that Cell C can do to resolve the issue. They informed me that I just had to live with the situation, and that they weren't going to do anything to assist me further. DON'T CHOOSE CELL C!!!
