Hours wasted to spend money with Cell C

I recently ported to Cell C as It hoped they have their act together, seems like they haven't

Since porting I have been unable to receive SMSes from Absa, I phoned the bank and in regular Absa flair, they passed the buck. But seeing as the one thing that changed is my porting that has to be where the problem. So I phoned Cell C, they told me I have to phone the porting department, so I did, they then passed the buck and forwarded me to another department that didn't have a clue who I spoke to. After retrying numerous times still no luck from Cell C. They keep sending it to another department that does the same. Even after escalating the issue, no one takes responsibility. My best idea is wait 24-48 hours.
So since changing to Cell C, I cannot do any banking, I cannot use my Cell C phone because I need my banking to recharge. Well Done Cell C, you tried, BUT FAILED!
