I posted a complaint 3 weeks ago regarding my cell-c account. We got a call from Blanche from the accounts department who said she would assist us until the call was resolved. To date the call has not been resolved and when we call and ask to speak to Blanche no one seems to know who she is. Also the call center at Cell-c should be closed down as the service we receive is extremely bad and unprofessional. We have had calls dropped while speaking, being transferred to another agent to explain our whole story again, and no one can provide us with the call recordings when we request it. Does our calls actually get recorded or does Cell-c just state that to make them seem like a legitimate company? Also the call center manager Lerato is never available, does Lerato actually exisit or is she just a fictional character made up by Cell-c? No wonder they used Trevor Noah in their ads as this whole company is a joke. I eagerly await the standard HelloPeter reply from Cell-c.
