I did a sim swop on my card and when i received the new card it was not activated after the normal mandatory period.
i was asked to call 082 111, i did call this no. which i might add was the first time in my entire existence on this planet, after much annoying voice prompts i was was told i am being transfered to a consultant, as the phone rings a voice message comes on and tells me i have exceeded the no. of times i have called this call centre... whahahahahahahaha, this is the best laugh i had in days.
vodacom get your customer act together, your service leaves a lot to be desired.
