No Sim card

After complaing about getting a upgrade on my contract done. I received very efficient. Service thereafter. Unfortunately I was not sent a Sim card withe the phone and a normal Sim card. Does not work one needs a nano-Sim card. Phoned call centre said they can't help. Went to Vodacom store at the Glen they required. Additional paperwork. Did this and then finall got the Sim card. After inserting Sim-card into phone the number is a completely new number and not my original cell number. Went to Vodacom at the glen to rectify and the lady. Said she does not have the nano simcards and she is just a franchise so she can't do anything. Further she asked where I got the phone from and when I said directly from Vodacom she said it is not her business I must go to Vodacom directlyto sort out my problems. I did phone Vodacom 111 twice and they instructed that I go to a Vodacom store. I am being passed from pillar to post. Please I just want a Sim card that works
