I must say WOW, such pathethic service, this is now getting on my last nerve, i applied for a SMART plan with vodacom which obviously approved, i only went to collect the phone on Workers day (01 May 2013 2 Johannesburg time 11:00am) i recieved and Iphone 5 on contract. it hasnt even been 2 weeks and i am already sitting on a bill of R2200, How the is that possible cause the only thing i did was download a few applications on the phone which included 2 instant messaging application. recieve emails, i layed a complaint with vodacom, yes service was fine, but no conclusion to the matter, consultant left voice messages on the cellphone instead of waiting for the customer to answer. then i listened to the voice message and obiviously complied to the message and contacted 082 111. then i got the run around in call centre as usual only to find out that my mandatory limit cannot be changed after 7 months. so you mean to tell me is that i am going to get billed ridiculous amounts for sweet nothing... and then they say that it is a SMART PLAN, more like a PLAN
