Deeply disappointed and disgruntled by the poor quality service from manager at durban repair centre ms tatum. she was so unbothered and unaffected by the inconvenience that had been caused to me by her staff. they never once took the time to explain their policies etc or even try assist me. they didnt even have the decency to give me a new battery after they lost it when i took my phone in for repair and rather gave me one from their box of testers. she said she wasnt sure it worked while walking away from me. really? disgusting service from her, no wonder the rest of the staff are so unfriendly and nonchalant because they get it from their manager. no regard for customer care or concern. disgusted
