AUTOPAGE still has me listed with the credit burea

After about 9 months plus of battling with autopage (as per my previous hellopeter posts) due to their failure to deliver the service I was paying for over that entire period, I finally received received apologies from them in December last year after putting a post on Hellopeter and was promised that my contract would be cancelled and that I would be released from any outstanding debt "owed" on my contract. On January the 24th I received an email and letter confirming the cancellation of my contract, including an assurance that I would be cleared from the credit bureau (where they had listed me in error) within 7 working days of that date. It is now obviously way past those 7 days. Yesterday I tried to open a new contract with cell C only to find that they would not approve me for more than a R200 per month contract as I am still listed with the credit bureau. My emails to Thersia bounce back with a request to forward to another email address. There treatment of me is now beyond abuse and moving towards criminal. I have now been put through nearly a year of extremely time consuming
