Vodacom can't fix my phone

My Samsung i9001 (still under warranty) has been rebooting at random. On Vodacom's instruction, I've replaced my sim card, bought a new battery and it's been through their repair centre 5 TIMES (3 times at the Durbanville branch and twice at the head office at Johannesburg) for software upgrades, master resets and replacement of the PCB.

Yesterday, 30 Dec, I got my phone back again & the Repair Manager at Tygervalley said the phone passed all the tests & they couldn't find any fault. She said there's nothing more they can do and that I should call the customer relations department and take it up with them. Per demonstration, I opened up the phone in front of her, inserted my sim card, switched the phone on and within 1 minute the phone rebooted to her complete amazement. Shocked, she said she will call the customer relations manager herself. And here I am again without my phone (totaling 2 months now).

How Vodacom's highest repair centre could not pick-up the fault is utterly shocking and very concerning. I've been an avid Vodacom customer for about 11 years but their inability to aptly diagnose and repair my Samsung phone has left me very very disappointed. I want a new phone.
