Yebo i had an experience with vodacoom today they refused to repair my phone under warranty because they said that i cracked my screen myself. I personally do not have a guilty conscience as my phone is always is kept in my pocket and the outerlayer of the phone was not broken. They wanted to charge me R 380, 00 to replace the Display Screen which was madness. I am disgusted i was forced to take it to a private Pakistani technician and he put in a new screen of about R 200, 00 the phone is like brand new. Vodacom you make billions and this is the way you treat your customers its so sick what happened the after sales good service. I really pleaded with your repair consultant to help me even called the manager of the Durban repair centre he was not bothered. Dont you care for your customers is all you care about money and signatures.
