I have been using my Dual Simcard uncapped internet for a time now without any problems. Since last week i have neen experiencing speeds of 0.02 kbps from my uncapped simcard and can hardly open a page as it times out the whole time. Trying to retrieve email times out as well as the speeds is so slow that my CELL C edge is faster than this. How can one phone the call center and they tell you that you have been Throttled but this is unacceptable. According to the contract my account will be throttled to a certain extent after I use over 3 GB. Now on the 21st the account resets and on the 25 I get throttled so badly that it is a f..k.up just to get to Google.

I am utterly unhappy about the POOR service that I have been experiencing lately. I am considering canceling my contracts altogether as MTN has now become a liability and not a helping hand.
