Uncapped lite fair policy

Hi

Below MTN fair use policy, I only get 30 kb/s max. what happen to 256 kb/s after high speed throttling. Please advice.

Fair use policy applies:

As from 01 Feb 2012, MTN will enhance the fair use policy so customers can enjoy higher speeds after reaching the fair use cap. This means that once they have used 3GB or 10GB of internet, their connection speed will be limited to up to 256kbps for MTN Uncapped Lite and 384kbps for MTN Uncapped Internet Pro for the remainder of their billing month.
