After my I pad was I tried to claim insurance and was told i coudn't even though I had paid a monthly premium. After a big fuss and enduring many hours of bad call centre attitudes, I was evntually two weeks later told that i could get an I pad back.By then I was infuriated by the terrible service and lack of feedback. I informed them that I wanted to cancle my contract due to their dishonest policies and lack of communication. I told them they could keep the Ipad owed to me in lue to contract fees owed. Since then I have recieved no feedback from any manger expect a note on the debt collectors form. I get a call once a month demanding fees and when I explain the situation I am promised that someone senior will get back to me. This has been going on for almost a year. I will not pay any fees until this issue is resolved. The proof of my calls has been lost mysteriously and a legal department accounts person told me yesterday that I "cannot cancel a contract due to bad service". Section 14 of the consumer act disagrees.
