Till now you have not even responded to my complaint on internet that is being throttled so badly that it took me 35 min now to open this page. How the am I supposed to use my uncapped contract when I cannot even open the page or Google... This is totally unacceptable and you should not have had such contracts available if you don't intend to at least give a client uncapped internet. My bank loses connection because your throttled internet is so slow.
Please check my connection as I am sure that I wasn't using more than 3GB in less than 2 days after the initial reset that takes place on the 21st of each month. I am being treated unfairly if I'm getting network speeds of 0.002 kbps and ping speeds that exceed 590 ms
