This is a long story. I handed my BB in December to a Vodashop, explaining that there was a fault with the phone and had nothing to do with the battery. I get the phone back 3 WEEKS later, with a new battery. Phone was still not working. Went to the Vodacare at Eastgate, handing in my fone - they do not give you a BB as a loan fone, therefore I am paying for a service that I could not have access to. Eventually now they give me another fone - which is a refurbished fone!! My fone was brand new, only 4 months old, and now I get a refurbished fone?? Can someone please call me - I am going to cancel all 4 of my contracts - this is completely unacceptable.
