My contract is taken out at vodacom chatz store at brightwater.
however every time i have an issue with my fone which is regular. i am sent to cresta. Where one can stand for HOURS in ques to get the worst service ever.
Not only will vodacom NEVER offer you a loan fone they will also NEVER offer you a new one. Despite that im suprized they dont charge me rent there as i spend so much time there, one is always without a fone for 3 or more weeks. Which is rather impossible to run a business for those who do.
I fetched a fone on sat and they were unable to fixmy fone so gave me a refurbished fone. to my disgust which also didnt work. I spent over 3 hours at chatz brightwater yesterday trying to get it sorted only to be told Sorry go to cresta. where i actually lost it. I made it extremely clear that i was not leaving the store without a working fone. Either the one i had would work or it will be replaced with a new fone. anyways 3 hours later the gentleman managed to get my fone working.
Guess what not 24 hours later my fone is not working. bbm chat is just dissapeared and cannot reload or even access black berry app world.
