last year December I took my N8 to one of the Vodacom shops in Newcastle for a battery change of which I was told that it was gona be taken to vodacare in Durban, after about a week I was smsed to come and collected my fone, the indian guy that helped me there was very rude. he gave me a fone without checking it and wrapped in plastic, he put on his headset and started listening to music while I was talking to him and said I am a useless customer, that was one of the ways to tell me that VODACOM does not need me as a customer and that he can survive without that job, on my way out I discovered that the fone battery was not changed and the fone was damaged, it was in bits and pieces, the battery had a hole and the back of the fone was as if it was opened using a manual tin opener, I took it back to complain and was told I should speak with the manager of which it took 3days for me to get. they sent the fone back after they saw the damaged and ever since I have not received my fone back. when I went to ask about my fone the manager told me that they had no electricity so they can not help me, I do not know what to do now! please help me get my fone back in order as it was!
