Bought a new cellfone from vodacom store in musgrave in mid december. Had problem from day 1, reported to the store and was asked to take to vodacare in gateway. Handed in at store and reported fault. Received fone after 16 days with exactly the same prob. My new fone had its casing replaced and given back to me as a refurbished fone. No explanation on what was wrong. Do not understand why the casing had to b changed on a brand new fone. Asked customer care consultants who were totally incompetent and very rude. They entered incorrect info on the computer and were unable to give us explanations. I have been a vodacom customer for as long as i can remember and i am very disappointed and disillusioned by my service and my bb product.
