Disgusted in the after service of MTN

If Mtn wants to sell a product they must take responsibility for it. I have taken a contract out on a laptop last year from the day i got it, it was trouble on trouble with the laptop. So last week the computer had failed me yet again. As said on the papers you have 2 year warrantee on the laptop. I took it to the place where i take the contract out, First she did not know about what to do just tell me we cant accept it you have to take it to a place yourself she could not even tell me where so I walk out utterly discussed, in the lack of knowledge the sales representatives have. So Monday i talk to the Manager of the branch and he gave me a number to call I did call the repair centre explain the situation and they guy said no problem mam you can just take it to the MTN store and they will book it in and it will be repaired when i get there they must just call this number and they will explain how to do it, so i did and the guy recon when we call the number sorry you have to go to Midrand. So everyone that have a faulty laptop will not get after service. So please don't sell it to customers.
