I bought a blackberry 9320 at cna in port alfred on 15 June 2013.
had the fone for 9 days & went in for repairs on scroller & faulty camera. they had the fone for 3 weeks before i got it back. i had the fone for a month & had to send it in for repairs again as the scroller is still faulty & the battery gets so hot that i cannot touch the fone. i still do not have my fone back & its been 2 weeks since i gave it in for the 2nd time.
this is unacceptable & needs to be sorted out asap.
