Poor after sale service

In april of 2013 I bought a blackberry 9360 on truworths acc, I had the fone about 2 months when the battery started giving probs they had 2 send it in for warrenty asessment nd I gt a new fone. The new I had a couple of weeks only too find out it gets really hot in 4 repairs this time after they declined the warranty asessment, fone came back from repairs nd I had the fone only a day nd still it gt hot. I took it back again, repairs then gt a new fone again bt I gt the same prob with this 1 so I took it back nd it stayed in repairs 4 a month!!! So on friday when they let me know my fone is ready I asked 4 a refund seeing that I'm now fed up with this whole business only too hear I can't have it bcause they fixed the fone.here I am 4 days ltr nd still have the same prob with the fone!!! is there anything more I could do? Pls help any1
