AFTER 3 WKS GET REPLACEMENT FONE THAT DOESNT WORK

I gave my blackberry 9900 in for repairs and after 3 weeks ge a call to say my fones ready... turns out they give me a refurbished fone... this fone is even worse then my fone i gave in... cuts the calls whilst im talkin - heats up the battery and kills it and switched on and off as and when it pleases... please HELPPP
