I Ordered a Galxy S4 thru MTN Direct the response was speedy and i recieved the fone within a week. After three days the buttons did not work on the fone so i sent it in for warranty assessment and it was found that it was an OBF so they gave me a Collection number to give to MTN direct so they can deliver a new fone this was given to them last week Monday n the 15th of July since then everyday i phone them and ask them for progress on when new fone will be delivered and i get told they will fone me back and still nothing so since the fone was sent in for warranty assesment on the 9th of July it has now been almost three weeks with no response from them and also without a fone and week is almost over so it takes three weeks for an OBF to be sorted out this is really bad service. When i was with Vodacom and had an OBF the fone was swopped onsite i was given a new fone within the hour. i am regreting the move to MTN.
