My blackberry bold 9700 crashed and lost it's OS during an update. Meaning it would not turn on, only flash a yellow light. I then sent it to the nearest MTN branch (paarl mall), explained my problem and sent it away for repairs.
9 working days later it had returned, though nothing had been done to it. I then returned it to the branch and patiently explained my problem again, which resulted in them sending it away once more.
2 weeks (working days) have passed since then (with me calling repeatedly, to which I received no feedback in return). After pressing the matter, I learned that the phone had been sent for repairs, then returned to the branch... but the wrong one, East Cape.
I followed up with the Paarl branch, who said they would see the phone returned to paarl immediately, but three working days later, I get an sms from your repairs team, stating it had now only been booked in. Ref no. 1-6349719191
I expect a replacement phone immediately, as it's been nearing a month now without my handheld, despite me yet paying for the device.
