BAD SERVICE YET AGAIN

At the end of May 2013 I upgraded to a new cell phone package and received my new Samsung S3 Mini. On 31 May I returned the phone to the Cell C Kolonade branch in Montana because of poor signal reception and the phone was sent to repairs. I was informed that it usually takes 21 working days to fix/replace. I received a sms from Cell C with my ref nr OBF087849 on 2 June 2013. That was the last feedback I received. Today I went back to the Kolonade branch for an update on my phone. The consultant checked on the Cell C system and the last response logged was on 11 June 2013, the phone was still in repairs. The consultant was not able to supply me with a time frame as to how long it will take to be finalized as she is not able to contact the repairs dept. I am dumbfounded how it is not possible for the branch to contact the repair dept. as the branch is the direct contact between the client and repairs. How long will I have to wait before my BRAND NEW phone which I only had for a couple of days is replaced/fixed as no one can tell me how long it will take. Cell C has again disappointed me with its bad service.
