30/08/2013 - Handed in my Blackberry handset for repairs at the Autopage Cellular shop in Paarl PicknPay Shopping Centre, as the battery kept dying and the phone would reboot itself continuously.
The device was sent away to the external repairs dept and never returned. I kept checking in at the shop to find out if the phone was ready and after numerous calls to them, I was eventually informed that the phone was lost at the beginning of October. Last Monday, 21 October, I was told by Hannelie, the manager, that Autopage had agreed to replace my phone within 5 working days as they admitted to losing the handset. To date I have not received my phone. I called them today, only to be told that the phone had been dispatched, but the delivery guy hadnt brought the phone to the shop and that I may receive the phone tomorrow. No courtesy call, no sms, nothing. I am sick to death of having to follow up on their bad service. In the interim I have continued to pay my Vodacom contract each month, despite the appalling service from this lot.
