Blackberry 9900 Cell C Paarl Mall bad service

I have a Blackberry Bold 9900. My Cell C contract was renewed in August 2012. In January my family complaint that I don't return their BBM's. I found out that I couldn't access the internet and that some applications were missing. I took the phone in to the Paarl Mall branch for repairs. They said it could take 21 business days. During this 21 business days I had a loan phone where I didn't have access to any of my contacts... VERY FRUSTRATING, but I was very calm and waited the 21 business days out. On the 21'st business day I received my original phone back. BBM's is still not working. I can't set up my e-mail account because the internet is not working. Now all of a sudden I can't make any phone calls... I'm on contract and after about 10 seconds into a call, was cut off to hear that I'm on prepaid and I have to recharge??? Cell C Paarl Mall says they don't know whats going on and they will cc me in every e-mail now onwards. I'm still waiting for any e-mails whatsoever. My family says they keep on calling but the phone will go automatically to voicemail. Oh, did I mention I can't do cellphone banking... can't receive the sms to register the token. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!???
