Shocking service from Nashua Mobile

Handed my iphone in for repairs on 9 March. I was advised that i would take 2 to 4 weeks for the phone to be repaired. It is now 6 weeks later. To date, i have not had any feedback or a single call fom Nashua Mobile to advise me of the status of the repairs. I have made several enquiries into the status of the repairs and wad initially advised that the insurance had approved the quote for repairs and that the phone had been returned to the branch. Last week I travelled all the way t o the branch t o to be advised that my hone had not been returned to the branch and infact the insurance had not approved the repairs yet. In store the assistance apologised for the oversight and contacted the insurer who approved th claim immediately. I was told i would take two days. Today I again contacted customer services and the store only to be advised that the repair store received no feedback from the insurer and that the phone has ben returned to the branch unrepaired. The irony is that the repair quote only came in at R1100 which is probably half of what I have been paying n insurance premiums over the last year. Worse still I have no confimation of when my phone will be returned to me.
