Cell C do not want to replace cellphone

To whom it may concern:

My phone was October 2012. I Reported the matter.

C Cover said that they are not going to replace the phone. Because the Cell C sim was not inside the phone when it was. They say in the contract it states that the sim must be in the phone when it is otherwise they do not cover the phone. I am not aware of such thing. at the back of your account it says, I quote: "We've got you covered, cause we know you don't think of your cellphone as merely an expensive piece of electronic equipment - it's a part of who you are! Get piece of mind from as little as R42.40 per month with C Cover! In fact, depending on the value of your Cellphone, you can cover it for up to R12500, meaning you never have to worry about loss, or damage. Call 140 or 084140 to activate.

It does not say anything about a sim that must be in the phone when it is. It only emphasizes on your phone that gets loss, or damaged.

Again on the Customer Contract it says Product, Cellphone Cover 5000 that I pay R42.40 every month for. It does not say anything about a sim card.

I would like to ask to review my claim that was declined.
