BAD Service and dishonesty
12 September my phone was booked in for repairs at Autopage Key west, ref R364575. 2 weeks later the phone is back from repairs and promised to me it was fixed and in working order. However nothing has been done, ad I experience exactly the same problems with my phone, which I returned the next day, to be send in again for repairs. 2 weeks later I enquire about the status of the phone, and told It has been send in for repairs. The following week I enquired and the same response was given from Aotopage. 9 October I learned to my shock and disbelief that the phone was never send in for repairs and where still sitting in the branch, ALSO that the phone was returned from repairs in the first instance, as it could not be fixed as there where no parts available!!! Shocking service and blatantly laid to by all involved, and Autope tried to pull a fast one and no communication from them that there where a problem. They tried to pass off a broken phone as been fixed and to me for 6 weeks! Avoid doing business with them, incompetent and dishonest with me for weeks!!
