Poor assistance

I Signed a 24 month contract with MTN on an uncapped lite package.

I received my B683 modem on the 6th of Feb 2013. The sales staff assured me i would have good signal where i stay in Germiston.

This is however not the case, my signal is appalling many attempts have been made starting on the 8th of feb to contact the store, coverage desk to sort this matter out and every time i think i am getting somewhere i just get shoved to another department. excuses used are, you are in a very good 3g area, and no you dont need an aerial... so why do i battle to even connect with edge lucky if i get one bar of signal. if signal was fair i would not complain but i was told i would have no problems and this is not the case

I feel i should not be held responsible for payment as more than two weeks have passed and a service that i was assured of would work and then signed up for is not being delivered to me.

My current ref number is 0050996.

I urge anyone to assist in sorting this matter out as it seems no one could be bothered to help only relieve me of my money
