So Having signed up in February for the MTN uncapped lite wasting almost a 2 months, after i was assured i would have signal, that i payed for a contract that was not usable they managed to install an Ariel and sort out my connection issue. for the month of may things seemed to work fine but now i find my self resetting the modem between 5 and 10 times an evening just to get some use out of it. it will work for 5 min and the cut out. I phone the data customer center they said they reset the connection on there side and things would be better.today the 15/8 having paid for the month sitting with little to no internet. my best speed achieved has been around 150Kbps which is a very far cry from even the 384 Kbps they cap you too. i have contacted the coverage department on the 12/8/2013 to lodge a complaint the person passed on my details and said that someone would contact me to sort this matter out. still waiting. I am now pleading with MTN to rather just cancel the contract without penalties or prejudice as a contract i have had for 7 months i have had no joy from as its a joke. So please can you pass on the relevant details so that this can be finalized.
