Mtn has very poor signal in our area. I tried in the past to complain about that at mtn but with no success. Our data on our phones are also very bad, takes a very long time just to download a song. I have no signal indoors we have to go outside to get a little bit of signal and even then it's still not of good quality.
In our area, we don't have any Telkom landlines anymore, due to cable. So we rely completely on our cellphones, so the 'no signal' is really a big problem.
Mtn claims to have good signal everywhere but that's NOT TRUE.
