Hi I would just like to complain about Cell C terrible service that could encourage in with I would be responsible for. The story goes as follows my phone gets the 18 Jan, after trying to track it of which I did
I reported the phone. Called call center agent and filed my complaint but they can't give me an ITC number so that i can make a case at the police station. My email account is accessible which hold mails that contains ID number Credit card details etc. i then go to the Cell C store in the mall and report the phone they then email this to the Cell C head office and I still don't hear anything from them. I have been a Cell C customer from the very beginning and this is poor service. Customer service in South Africa isn't what it's supposes to be, it's as weak as a cow giving birth.
