Still No Resolution

Still no resolution after 10 days: I have been in search for a 3G uncapped product for some time. I spoke to Autopage, who I have had an account with for 18 years. I contacted the Autopage Sandton branch who sold me me a 3G uncapped product i.e. the 3G B630 Huawei modem (Uncapped Lite), explaining that the modem would connect at around 21mbs (if there was good signal). Once I had exhaused 3gbs of data, I could expect to connect at around 7mbs. I had done my research. Most people I had spoken to explained that after the cap was reached, you could expect connection speeds of around 256kbs. I explained to Quinn and the store manager that I would not take the product if this was the case. She assured me that this was not the case so I confirmed the order. The modem was delayed for more around 10 days (no stock) and when I finally collected it from the Sandton store, I reconfirmed with the store manager what connection speeds I could expect after I head reached my 3gbs. He confirmed around 7.2mbps. I signed my 24 month contract. You know what's coming next! I am now connecting at 256kbps. After around 5 phone calls to different contact centres between MTN and Autopage - no assistance.
