I have got a contract with 8ta for the last 2 years and 1 month and for the first 1 and a half years the signal was more then perfect and I initially took the contract out cause they had good signal in our area. Then September of 2013 I saw a drop in the signal and each week it got worse tell there was no signal I phone 8ta and they gave me a case number and everything and said it will take 72 days to sort it out. When I Phoned today they told me the case was closed and they issuing a tender to put more satellites up in our area and it will take 12 months. Why the must I still pay for something I don't get to utilise in the comfort of my own house
