I wrote a complaint about the poor signal in my area. MTN (Somayya) has responded by saying the coverage department will contact me. Here is the Reference no: REQ:1942870. It has now been 3 months, and I have still not received any response. The signal is very poor in my area and I feel that I'm paying for a service I cannot use.
Vodacom's signal is 100% compared to MTN. Either they must install a booster aerial and wireless booster in my house, or cancel my contract as I cannot pay for a service that I can't even use. This is totally unacceptable.
