Upgrade of Contract

I went to upgrade my contract in June this year and the consultant that was helping me (Reco) I told him not to change anything on my contract but instead he changed my contract from being top up to my anytime 200 without letting me know. It only came to my attention when I saw my cellphone bill shooting up month after month that's when I went to Nashua Mobile in Musgrave Centre to ask them why am I not on top up. That's when the manager there told me that I signed for my anytime 200 and I told him that I don't even know what my anytime 200 is.

The manager there was very rude to me telling me that I signed the contract for my anytime 200 and if I now want to change they will have to charge me a migration fee. And he even said that Reco does no longer works for them so it will be my word against his.

I wanted Nashua to put me back on top up without them charging me a migration fee. Because this was not my fault. I never asked for my contract to be changed. The way they treat their customers is really bad.
