BIS cancellation/capping

I feel that the contract i signed during January/February 2013 will be breached by MTN if my BIS service is cancelled/capped. I signed the contract with the understanding that I will have uncapped BIS for the term of my contract, and now it is being changed by MTN. If this change goes through I would like to return my Blackberry phone to MTN SP to be replaced with the new iPhone, since the choice between the two contracts was made due to the BIS option.
