Call records to be pulled for 29/01/2013

I called mtn on the 29/01/2013 and spoke to Brian Seema to cancel my insurance, ref number 96433906. I asked Brian if calls are recorded for security reasons and he confirmed YES.i wanted to cancel because it was always trouble to get hold of them, i told him that my debit order runs on the 15th and asked because i am canceling today will i be debited on 15/02/2013 and he said NO. i asked him are you sure? he assured me NO.Next thing you know i was debited R63.16 for insurance on 15/02/2013.I called mtn today and spoke to Hebert Letlhoge who says i cannot be credited my money back even thou i was advised. Hebert is well aware of my CPA right and he said i can go the legal route if want too.on the 20/01/2013 mtn debited R10 from my airtime when i called i was told it for a callertune i purchased.i told themi do not have that callertune, they said they will log a queirie and i will get feedback, but still nothing.

i want R63.16 credited back into my account as promised on the call recording, we can even listen to the call if neccesary, I want my R10 taken from my airtime on 20/01/2013 and i want to be compensated with one month free subscription for all the heartache and inconvinience
