In January I received my 2 new Blackberry 9360 cell phones after upgrading my contract for a further 2 years with the BIS service. I did this for one reason only. FREE internet and FREE downloads on emails etc. On Monday 4th March we receive a mail stating that as we are an MTN usere we ill no longer receive the FREEBIES. We receive 200mb free and the 0.65cents per mb. This is not the contract I signed. I have contacted Nashua mobile telling them either they honour the contract I signed or take the phones back. One in box and one in use. If the terms of the agreement have changed then as per the "consumer act" the agreement is no longer vailid. I do not want a Blackberry if the services are not free as the BB technology is so outdated. I am now waiting to see how Nashua are going to solve this problem. I am sure I am not the only person in this position.
