Reported faulty line on the 15th. Phoned in to get progress report on the 19th. All was in order and fixed according to reports. When I tested the line a bit later. Everything was in order, the line worked and dsl line in working order but with one small problem. My phone number changed! How is this possible? No poblem for the time being, but what will happen the end of the month. For wich number will I be billed, and who has my old numer and uses my account for what I am accountable for? This is the 2nd time this year my phone is out of order and now this circus of a changed number. Telkom SA is pathetic! We are not living in a 3rd world. Get to the times Telkom, seriously, this is the 21st century!!!
