My ADSL and land line are out of order since weekend of 14 Dec. I reported the matter to 10210 on Tuesday, 17 Dec and was given a reference number 625CTK171213. To date it is still out of order and I have not had any feedback from under performing Telkom. I phoned 10210 to follow up on my complaint on at least 2 occasions and I had to use my cell phone as my land line is also out of order. Each time I spent between 15 and 20 minutes just to get through to the call centre. And these efforts were all in vain as I was not given any indication when the line will be fixed. I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PATHETIC SEVICE!!!
