I have changed my existing Telkom telephone number it is over a month and till today my phone DONT WORK. Every time I phone in they are telling me that the fault as been restored and then I have to tell them again what the problem is. 1st they think I have moved from properties and need to install a new line I mean really I am still at the same premises then they tell me my adsl line is working and they have cancelled the report. ARE THEY SO RETARREDED THAT THEY CANNOT SEE THAT I HAVE ONLY CHANGED MY NUMBER. Wednesday the 17 of July an operator told me that my number is linked to a business and it is a switchboard number and that she will resolved it - mam I will phone you back she said yes I am still waiting for that call. today 22nd may I have phoned again and the guy said to me a sorry mam cannot see what is wrong with the line have you tested it with another phone??? NO I HAVENT BECAUSE THE BLERRIE PHONE WAS WORKING UNTIL I HAVE CHANGED MY NUMBER... TELKOM PLEASE GET A WAKEUP CALL AND TO YOUR JOB!!! I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I CANNOT USE AND if I don't pay you list me but you can let customers wait for their services... I MEAN REALLY HOW LONG MUST I WAIT.
